<description>Thank you very much for the tips. They are indeed valuable. And the ideas are just the one I have achieved after several years of applying. However, currently I am an education counsellor at the British Council. Along with counselling, I have helped thousand of applicants to win scholarships, and they did. I keep applying as well, and I can&#039;t still understand the criteria of selection, whether the selection committee seeks an experienced candidate, who has achieved much in work, or a person who has had excellent grades and has the greatest potential to excel in her/his chosen career. Year by year, my CV and my application become more rich, more experienced, professional and determined, my references - better, my motivation letter - really excellent (this is not only my opinion) but still in vain. So please advise on what I have to focus.

Thank you
Regards
